they cancelled half of my order just before shipping it without informing me at all and just automatically refunded me (it was cancelled months after purchse and I found out through a refund notification from a third party application). The communication was so slow if not non-existant, I was so scared I was scammed because the only time they every reached out to me was to ask for additional shipping cost, and ignored all my other messages. The package also arrived around two weeks later than other websites I purchased from (same pre-order merch)
